New Years Resolve class held alternate Tuesdays (1st, 3rd & 5th) beginning 1/19/10 through 3/23/10 from 7:00 - 8:30. This class will focus on the practice of Insight Meditation as a way of bringing more Presence, Joy and Compassion into our lives. Information: Carol Newhouse - CarolNewh@aol.com
January 12 - Sangha member Joann leads us in a creative New Year's intention collage.
January 26 - Panel with Sangha members Patty, Jessie and Tea "Calling in the Light of the Dharma". Members share about the Dharma in their lives, practicing loving kindness with exes, illness, loss.
